Mechanical Opening
Includes 1 Visit (No Chemicals)

Remove cover and fold cover
Install handrails and ladders
Blow off deck area
Re-install skimmer baskets
Remove plugs and re-install pool return fittings
Prime and start pump
Inspect all pool equipment
If the pool has a multi-port valve we will leave it in recirculate position.

Shock Opening
Includes 1 Visit (Initial Chemical Treatment & Cleaning)

Remove cover and fold cover
Install handrails and ladders
Blow off deck area
Re-install skimmer baskets
Remove plugs and re-install pool return fittings
Prime and start pump
Inspect all pool equipment

Amanda and I have a ton of history dating back to 2014 and I can honestly say if it were not for them, I would not have the most comfortable, modernized and power efficient pool in my neighborhood. The heater they installed is our second go around and they were extremely fair and reasonable throughout the replacement process. Fusion pools did a fantastic job on my liner replacement! Amanda is awesome to work with and took the time to understand my concerns and research solutions. When my liner was ordered it needed parts that my previous liner wasn’t installed with and it made all the difference. Amanda recommended a measurement for our pool be redone by them to get a better fit and she was correct, our new liner is the best fit we have ever had. I hope they continue in the pool business as our next liner will come from them for sure. Their retail store is also great and so much better than the chain across the street!

Had a pool robot go bad after the first year. I reached out to three other pool stores, all who say they’re Hayward service centers. All three told me that since I didn’t buy the unit from them, they wouldn’t/couldn’t help. I contacted Hayward who gave me Fusion Pools as an alternate to the other three. Amanda was empathetic and said she would try to help. Took about a month, but we just picked up a replacement unit covered by Hayward. Amanda kept in touch, letting us know what was happening. I will definitely be driving by the other stores for all my pool needs in the future, just to do business with people like Amanda who actually care. Thank you Amanda!!!

It was the end of the season, and I knew I needed to close my pool before winter. I just didn’t have time. I called Fusion and they were at my house the next day! They were very professional, took care of everything, including programming my pump for freeze protection, and they were very quick! I couldn’t ask for better service! We have been using Fusion Pools for several years now. They are always friendly, professional and ready to help with service, guidance and advice for our pool. They have never pressured us to purchase their chemicals and always provide us with a printout of our water test with any chemical recommendations and instructions for administering them, if needed.We do not only utilize Fusion Pools for water testing and chemicals. They have helped us purchase the correct replacement cord for our Polaris (instead of us purchasing a new pool cleaning robot), rebuilt our pool pump, changed the sand in our sand filter, and have provided pool cleaning while we were on vacation.Thank you Amanda and staff for great service. I had used Fusion Pools in the Spring to open my Saltwater Pool and they did an amazing job. Since I didn't have a cover on the pool, they had a lot of cleaning to do in order to get the pool clean and ready to use. They were always on time and ensured that I knew exactly what they were doing. As a result, I subsequently used them to close my pool. The two service technicians they sent to do the job were excellent in every way. They informed me about what they were doing and explained what to expect regarding winterizing the pool. They are Professional in every way, and I am definitely having them open the pool in the Spring. ONE SATISIFIED CUSTOMER!
